What is Update Management in Azure?

Update Management in Azure is a tool that enables users to manage updates for their Azure VMs, on-premises VMs, and even non-Azure VMs. With this feature, users can schedule updates, track compliance, and gain insights into their update status across their entire cloud environment.

The primary benefit of using Update Management is that it simplifies the process of managing updates across multiple machines. Instead of manually updating each machine, users can use Update Management to schedule updates and ensure that all machines are updated on time. This feature also allows users to set up custom schedules for different machines, so updates can be managed according to each machine’s needs.

How does Update Management work?
