A Journey into HR with Aatish Tiwari
Ravi: “So, Aatish, let’s start with a few questions. How did your journey in HR begin?”
Aatish: “Well, Ravi, I always had an interest in HR. Even during my 12th grade and graduation, I worked part-time for an organization involved in hiring. My job search after graduation led me to an HR role, starting with operations. That was my initial experience in India before moving to Canada.”
